First visit

Your first session.What happens, step by step.

  1. The talk

    We start with a few minutes of conversation: how you feel and what you'd like, where you hold tension, what pressure feels right. Then we tailor the session to your needs.

  2. The massage

    I work at the pace we agreed on. Tell me any time if you want more or less pressure.

  3. After the session

    No rush. You get a few minutes to come back to your own pace, and if you have questions, we talk.
